FOUR COLOR (SERIES 1, DICK TRACY) #21 VG- 3.5 DELL 1938. Cream to light tan pages. Looks much nicer than grade, but spine is torn a lot on top half. Cover is still attached at both staples, but barely on the top. Light scuffing and edge wear. Corner creasing at bottom right, and smaller one at top right.
