Defects include staple pull and tearing at top staple area (see photos), small tear bottom spine corner of cover, various spine-wear, surface wear including horizontal crease right side edge front cover, small tear lower right side edge of front cover. Beautiful bright clean interior. No cut-outs or writing. Cover and all pages attached at staples, but the cover is torn and pulled at top staple. Clean staples, no restoration that I can see.
