THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME MICKEY MOUSE EVER APPEARED IN COMIC BOOKS IN 1941. THE ARTWORK IS SIGNED BY THE ARTIST. PLEASE NOTE SCAN COLORS MA BE LIGHTER OR DARKER THAN THE ACTUAL ART. HE WAS NOT APPRECIATED IN HIS LIFETIME AS AN ARTIST. SO MORE PEOPLE WORE CLOTHING CREATED BY JAMES CHEN THAN PROBABLY ANY OTHER DESIGNER EVER. JAMES CHEN IS ALSO THE SON OF FAMED ARTIST SUI KANG CHEN WHOSE CHINESE PAINTINGS ARE HANGING IN MUSEUMS ALL OVER THE WORLD. JAMES CHEN TRANSITIONED INTO A FINE ARTIST 4 YEARS AGO DOING SCULPTURE, HUGE PAINTINGS AND SKETCHES.
