Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the cover is detached spine split a third of the way a one inch tear through the entire book on the spine Rusty Staples a musty smell some discoloration in the bottom left corner perhaps mold and other defects. I would call it around a 1.5 fr/gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
