Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing on the cover and first page that will be hard to photograph a subscription crease and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective. The grading is only our opinion and we are not responsible if you choose to have it professionally graded after it leaves our possession or interprit the grading scale differently. We conform to the Overstreet grading guide standards as they have been the gold standard for more than 50 years in the comics industry and are more strict and accurate than most professional graders as they base their grading off of overstreets original grading system. Check our hand typed notes on each item in the description section where we list defects and grade for each individual comic for accurate grading information.
