Read the certificate of authenticity shown in the 7th photo for the full story. This is the first Roy Rogers comic. Front cover: Cover is detached. Piece missing at top edge. Small creases along edges and in front of Roy. Stain along bottom edge inside of cover. Hole in spine where only staple was. Back cover: Back cover missing upper corner. Stain inside cover in lower corner. Small creases resulting in color breaking throughout cover. Surface inside cover in corner has been worn so it is almost see-though at the edge. Interior pages: Centerfold is detached. Light stain in lower corner on first couple of pages. Centerfold is chipped and missing small piece in the middle of the long edge. See 3rd and 4th photos.
