WALT DISNEY’S DONALD DUCK FOUR COLOR #147 (DELL 1947). “VOLCANO VALLEY”, and “RADIO TROUBLE” by CARL BARKS. This is a solid, complete copy of this magazine with very nice color. With only a tiny crease at the top right hand corner tip and a few small partial creases at the base, this book presents far better than graded. The big problem with this book is a small stain at the single staple in the spine. There is a small hole at the staple location making the cover fully detached. The stain is visible in the cover and back cover photos. All of the interior pages are still firmly bound by the staple. At the upper left near the top edge there is a small amount of writing with a black grease pen. On the back cover there are some droplet-type stains at the base. There is some penetration of the water stain to the last few pages of the book at the base. These stains do not affect the story panels. Both inside covers show some browning. The interior pages look off-white to light cream. I have lots of Golden age, Silver Age and Bronze Age comic books for sale. Please check out my other listings. Track Page Views With.
