It will have enough minor defects that it is in clearly worse condition than a brand new freshly published comic, magazine, or book. Allowed defects for this grade include: a spine split of less than half an inch, minor water spotting or other residue, impacted corners, and an accumulation or spine stresses that may break color. Geezil tricks Wimpy with “invisible” hamburgers. Popeye and Wimpy try to cheer Swee’pea up. Swee’pea decides he wants soup for breakfast. Olive wants to be a hostess at Popeye’s “spinburger” stand. Olive tries to make Popeye jealous by dancing with everyone but him. Olive gets a job as a waitress at Rough-House’s restaurant. Popeye tries to cheer up Swee’pea after the Navy refused to accept him. Geezil, in a fit of generosity, offers to pay Wimpy’s hamburger bill. Wimpy disguises himself so that he can be hired as a counterman at Rough-House’s diner.
