Comic is all original complete and intact with off white to cream supple pages, i would grade it a 4.0 or better. Printed in 1940 it is the first Flash Gorden in Four color Comics. Comic book cover is loose at bottom staple and since grading is subjective please see pictures to better decide condition for yourself, the 4.0 grade is my opinion.
