Golden Age Dell Comic. This comic precedes Felix the Cat #1 by 2 years. Some consider the cover to be racially insensitive which sadly makes it highly collectible. How this yellow cover survived with such great color is beyond me. The covers are both attached, the staples are not rusty, the pages are supple.
